Employment issues can be challenging, and I am here to listen and help.

Employment and human rights laws are often complicated, but education is the key to making an informed decision. Giving my clients the full picture while explaining all the legal principles at play in a simple and understandable way forms the foundation of my practice.

Understanding the stress and concerns which often come hand in hand with experiencing workplace issues, I am committed to taking a thoughtful and compassionate approach to ensure positive experiences for all my clients. That being said, I won’t sugar coat it. I believe in direct and straightforward communication, including informing clients about the risks and pitfalls of their case.

My Story

After practicing exclusively as an employment and human

rights lawyer for five years at Heeney Vokey LLP, an employment law firm downtown Toronto, I travelled overseas and founded my own boutique firm specializing in employment law, human rights and HR relations.

Born and raised in Toronto, I am a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2018. Having studied kinesiology and business in my undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, I take great pride in being able to draw on my science and business background, which allows me to take a detail-oriented, yet pragmatic and business savvy approach in providing legal services to clients.

Outside of work, you will find me playing sports (e.g. soccer, golf, volleyball, spike ball), playing fetch with my Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, or searching for the next best restaurant. Though a Torontonian, my family is from Montreal, Quebec, so my heart belongs to the NHL’s Montreal Canadiens.
